From BBoy to Photographer | Fitness Transformed His Body and Relieved Pain

Tai Heng is an international award-winning photographer and the founder of LUCC STUDIO, a company he started 10 years ago. Today, he’s also a proud father of two.

But before all of this, he was a Bboy. In fact, he was the 1st runner-up in the Astro Battleground dancing competition. Back then, his life revolved around dancing—training more than 8 hours a day, nonstop.

After the competition, life took a different turn. Tai Heng began traveling overseas for work and later returned to Melaka to start his own business. As an entrepreneur, his days were consumed with work. Exercise? That was the last thing on his mind. His social life was filled with late-night gatherings, which often led to drinking excessively and waking up with a hangover.

His job as a photographer, constantly standing for hours, took a toll on his body. He started experiencing shoulder and back pain—what you could call an occupational hazard, something he had come to accept as part of the job.

The decision to start working out came when Tai Heng and his friends planned a diving trip to Liouciou Island, Taiwan. He wanted to hit the beach with a sculpted body—especially with abs to show off in those perfect beach photos. But he had no idea where to begin.

That’s when he stumbled upon Fitcom. He attended one of their events, got his body assessed, and out of sheer chance, decided to sign up for personal training sessions.

In just 60 days, Tai Heng gained 2kg of muscle and lost 3% body fat. Not only did he get the abs he wanted, but he also took some incredible beach photos!

What surprised him the most, though, was how his perception of fitness changed. He always thought fitness was just about lifting weights, but Fitcom’s scientific approach showed him otherwise. On top of that, his shoulder and back pain disappeared—something he never thought was possible.

Tai Heng is almost 40 years old now. If he can do it, so can you! Earn the life that you deserve.
