About the Trainer:

Damen Lee's passion for fitness began at 26 when he faced serious health issues, including kidney disease and a genetic mutation that caused high levels of protein and uric acid in his urine. This health scare prompted him to start a fitness journey to improve his well-being. Within a year, Damen transformed his health by reducing his weight from 109kg to 84kg and lowering his body fat percentage from 38% to 23.9%. This journey not only improved his physical health but also boosted his confidence and mental resilience.

Damen's career path has included roles such as laborer, salesperson, Grab driver, and mechanical repairman. His social circles used to focus on leisure activities, but becoming a fitness coach shifted his focus towards self-improvement and future goals. Damen is dedicated to helping his students achieve their fitness goals and fostering a love for fitness. His approach combines professional knowledge, patient listening, empathy, and high care for his clients.

Damen's mission is to inspire others to embrace fitness and lead healthier, more confident lives. By sharing his own transformative journey and emphasizing a holistic approach to health and fitness, he motivates his clients to achieve their best selves physically and mentally. Outside of fitness, Damen enjoys traveling, playing sports, and engaging in activities that promote self-improvement.
